Se fierb aproximativ 9 minute, se scurg de apa în care au fiert, peste ele se toarnă laptele ce a fost fiert în prealabil împreună cu batonul de vanilie , se lasă să dea un clocot, punem sare, zahăr după gust. Se prăjește în ulei încins aproximativ 3minute. Se scoate într-o sita sa se scurgă. Separat se face sos din supă de legume, vin, pastă de ardei, sos de soia, ghimbir rădăcină tocat, usturoi tocat mărunt, sare, piper, zahar, delicat după gust. Când fierbe se leagă cu puțin amidon desfăcut cu apă rece, se adaugă puiul sote, alunele și ceapa verde. Se ia de pe foc se pune oțet de orez și ulei de susan. Eu am servit puiul alături de un orez cu ou.<br />

Se toarnă peste peste și legume vinul, oțetul, uleiul, se acoperă cu folie de aluminiu și se dă la cuptor la foc potrivit 30-45 de minute. Când este gata se scoate de la cuptor se pun felii de lămâie pe deasupra și se mai lasă acoperit 15 minute ca să-și tragă aromele. <br />

-un praf de sare și bine înțeles... dulceață de căpșuni (în cazul meu) dar voi puteți foarte bine opta pentru o dulceață de trandafir sau ori ce altceva.<br />
<b>Mod de preparare:</b><br />
Se pune laptele la fiert, <br />
când a dat laptele în clocot adăugăm grisul și amestecam bine cu un tel. Lăsăm sa fiarbă la foc mic și amestecăm tot timpul ca să nu se prindă. După vre-o 10 minute adăugăm zahărul, amestecăm și lăsăm să fiarbă până se îngroașă puțin.<br />

Se amesteca se adaugă și sarea și piperul după gust. Se fierbe 15-20 de minute pana scade apa, se ia de pe foc se stropește cu zeama de lămâie și se servește. Eu am servit mâncarea alături de o salată de toamnă. Pentru cei ce nu postesc spanacul merge foarte bine cu un ou prăjit și puțin iaurt.<br />

Creveții se călesc în puțin unt, se adaugă și puțin ulei, peste se pune orezul fiert care se desface bob cu bob.<br />
Se condimentează cu sare delicat și piper. La urmă se adaugă castravetele verde tăiat cubulețe mici.<br />

Principalul ingredient este orezul (acrit cu oțet) combinat cu diverse alte ingrediente, gătite sau în stare crudă, cel mai adesea pește crud.<br />

Orezul se fierbe (eu la o cana de orez pun o cana de apa, las sa fiarbă la foc mic, iar când a absorbit toată apa dau de pe foc și las vasul acoperit pana se răcește orezul). Pestele, creveții se curata, spala porționează, legumele și fructele se spala taie julien.<br />
Orezul fiert și răcit se amesteca cu oțet din orez, sare, zahar, pestele se unge cu puțin wasabi.<br />
Pe foaia de alga se așează orezul, pestele, legumele și se rulează. Se formează batoane cam la grosimea de 3-4 cm, se taie la o înălțime de 2-3 cm (asta dacă faci sushi cu alge, pentru ca sunt mai multe moduri de așezare a ingredientelor).<br />

Nu a durat mai mult de 30 de minute...<br />
Pentru prepararea ei ai nevoie de:<br />
-aripioare de pui (eu am folosit vre-o 8 bucăți pe care le-am tăiat în doua),<br />
-mazăre (eu am folosit congelata),<br />

Legumele se spala, taie julien. Oul se face omleta se taie bucăți mici. Creveții decorticați se călesc cu puțin unt se adaugă legumele tăiate. Totul se scoate la scurs în sita în care este și puiul. Se face un sos din putina supa de legume, vin de orez, ghimbir tocat mărunt, sos de soia (de culoare), sare piper. Se adaugă conținutul sitei, când totul clocotește se adaugă spaghetele de orez și se ia de pe foc. Se pune puțin ulei de susan și se servesc.
